Exhibition design
I have been fortunate to have worked for renowned New Zealand museums and organisations creating engaging exhibition graphics. I love seeing my designs transform spaces for people to enjoy.
-
Exhibitions I worked on include Paperskin, showcasing the largest collection of tapa cloth.
-
Early in my career I worked as a graphic design for this acclaimed regional museum on over twenty exhibitions.
-
The sister museum to the Dowse Art Gallery is situated on the sandy Petone foreshore. I worked on numerous exhibitions as well as billboards on the outside on the building.
-
Exhibition and marketing graphics for the ‘Off the Wall’ wallpaper exhibition, 2024.
“Michael has delivered on my briefs effectively and any variations caused by my changing needs have been accommodated and turned around quickly. One thing I really like about working with Michael is his sensitivity to history and context. Our exhibition covered an extensive period in design evolution and Michael was able to develop a fresh and modern suite of collateral that pulled together these many contexts.”
