Cultural brand identity
The patterns that feature on this annual report are used to reflect and symbolise the values and te ao Māori perspective (the holistic worldview of the connection between people and nature).
My kaupapa (work) for Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga takes a thoughtful approach that embraces the organisation’s bicultural values.

Map design
Promotional brochure with fold out map of New Zealand showcasing the heritage properties. Small green kiekie (stitches) pattern on the left used to symbolises the connection and bond of histories and stories.
Patterns
In the cover design of Archaeological Report Guidelines I created a contemporary tāniko aronui pattern (the triangular pattern). The pattern refers to the pursuit of knowledge about the natural world.
